Intelligent redundancy

The series of Intelligent Redundancy switches comprises of models for Satellite Uplink operations and for Terrestrial transmit sites with unprecedented decision accuracy and autonomous operation. The systems is delivered in a redundantly powered chassis, providing the first level of redundancy already there.

The switch module itself have magnetically latched relays, so even if the power should fail, there will be signal pass-through even if the card is removed with intact cabling, there will be no signal disruption. A signal tap from the two separate inputs is transferred to the relevant RF interface for RF signal detection and TS transfer to the controller module that contain the award winning ETR290 analysis engines.

Switching modes can then be set to full auto operations where the switch operates fully autonomous, with remote control from an NMS or both or with a SuperLocal mode, disabling any remote commands. All the switches is designed with front panel illuminated controls and a very visual signal path illuminated display enabling full visual logic control and understanding.

VB243 ASI INTELLIGENT REDUNDANCY SWITCH
VB243 provides full dual path redundancy for ASI signals with autonomous operation and deep signal analysis on both signal paths for the ultimate switching decision making. Front panel controls with illuminated buttons offer local override control and a clear visual indication of the active switching path
   
VB273 DVB-S/S2 INTELLIGENT REDUNDANCY SWITCH
The VB273 provides full dual path redundancy with autonomous operation and deep signal analysis on both signal paths for unprecedented switching decision making. Front panel controls with innovative illuminated signal path visualisation and light illuminated buttons give local control and excellent visual overview of switching operations. Local autonomous operation, remote control by NMS or triggers or both in addition to a SuperLocal mode for complete local override provides for any requirements during operational challenges.
