The OMEGA program is based around integrated modules for Automated Software Services, Recurring Events and a Dedicated Personal Expert, this to guarantee optimum system performance with superior continuity of knowledge, for engineering staff.
General support is both passive and reactive. OMEGA is also proactive with well defined deliverables, active interaction and follow up with the customer. The OMEGA Program includes 3 main modules:

  • Dedicated Personal Expert Engineer

    PRIORITIZED AND DIRECT ACCESS
    You get prioritized and direct access to a dedicated Bridge Technologies expert. Together you ensure monitoring is deployed in the most efficient manner throughout your organisation and is used to the most during daily operations. The Bridge Technologies expert acts as your day to day technical sparring partner, with deep product knowledge but also overall system knowledge.

    GUARANTEED RESPONSE TIME ON CRITICAL ISSUES
    A guarantee is given on response time for critical issues with a well-defined issues escalation model directly towards Bridge Technologies. Priority is given to you as an OMEGA Program participant.

    WEBEX INFORMATION PACKAGES
    Unprecedented technical training & support is offered using modern internet-based tools such as Webex, Skype, Teamviewer, VPN as well as online chat and telephone. Initially an introductory Webex is scheduled to go through important and relevant topics in order to understand your system and needs. Further Webex’s will be initiated in conjunction with important events such as main software and product releases or upcoming tradeshows.

    LOCAL LAB STAGING AREA
    Bridge Technologies offers main software releases on all product once a year typically at the beginning of each year. Patches for bugfixes and minor features are offered throughout the year. Your dedicated expert engineer is instrumental in assisting you set up a monitoring staging area system within your facilities. By this is meant a mini-system consisting of all the important aspects of the main system.
    The staging system is used to test out new software, without risking downtime on your main system. As an OMEGA participant you gain access to any software product needed to build up this staging area system, at no additional cost.

    REGULAR PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CHECKS
    Preventative maintenance checks are carried out at least once a year, either as part of the onsite visits, or separate using VPN access. Your Bridge Technologies expert engineer gathers system health reports from your system, and provides a written report to you with recommendations and highlights.

  • Automated Software Services

    ACCESS TO MAPS SERVICE
    Bridge Technologies offers an online map server for plotting the location of various monitoring equipment onto a map for geographic visualisation of fault locations. As an OMEGA participant you get free access to this map server.

    AUTOMATED DAILY BACKUPS
    The system is configured in a way to perform daily backups of critical configuration data on the
    VBC and the probes. The backed up configuration data can then be mirrored out from the VBC
    server.

    VBC GRAPHICS OPTION WITH CONFIGURATION
    The VBC Graphics Option is a product that offers system drawing visualisation of your system. As an OMEGA member you are given this option, at no cost, together with a Webex session, where you together build up an initial Visio-based drawing showing your monitoring probes with dynamic alarms.

    FAQ REPOSITORY
    The OMEGA participant gains access to an online dedicated dashboard web site with a well-
    developed FAQ, training videos on important topics, links to all software and users manuals as well as other relevant product information. As part of the OMEGA web site a number of data gathering and fault finding power tools are made available. These are tools normally not made available to the regular user.

    ACCESS TO TRAINING VIDEOS AND USERS MANUALS
    The OMEGA participant gains full access to all Academy training videos and users manuals on all products. This rich set of information touches on all aspects of signal monitoring and is invaluable in a self-study format.

    SUPPORT TICKETING SYSTEM PRIORITY
    Priority access is given to OMEGA participants in the BRIDGE Technologies support ticketing system.

    AUTOMATICALLY ASSEMBLED EQUIPMENT LISTS
    An equipment list is automatically built up for all Bridge Technologies equipment showing serial numbers, active licenses, software versions and hardware revisions for documentation and tracking purposes.

    AUTOMATICALLY ASSEMBLED SYSTEM HEALTH REPORTS
    An automatically generated system health report showing disk usage, CPU usage and other performance parameters, is generated at regular intervals and made available.

    ANNUAL WORKSHOP ON-SITE WITH SYSTEM WALK-THROUGH
    At least one meeting per year, at your operational location is agreed upon and carried out at suitable times, at no extra cost. Participants are your Bridge Technologies personal expert engineer and your local sales partner as well as other Bridge Technologies personnel as needed.

    This is an opportunity for you to go through your system and provide feedback, discuss commercial terms with your partner, receive presentations on product news and roadmap. The meetings also offer an excellent opportunity to be combined with training courses given to new personnel in your organisation. Bridge Technologies offers a range of training modules for this purpose at discounted rates to OMEGA members.

    PERSONAL OR DEPARTMENTAL WEBEX
    In conjunction with main software releases or major product news events the OMEGA participant is
    offered a personal or departmental-wide walk-through.
